The NBA officially announced that Zujie was elected as the 2023-24 regular season MVP.

This is the third time in Zujie's career that he has won the MVP. The previous two were in 2021 and 2022.

Zujie played 79 games in the regular season this season, averaging 26.4 points, 12.4 rebounds and 9 assists per game with a shooting percentage of 58.3%. He led the team to a record of 57 wins and 25 losses, ranking second in the West Coast.

Zujie became the ninth player in NBA history to win at least three regular season MVPs.
